Lately I've been fiddling around with YouTube Shorts to see if I can reach some more people with the channel. I post my regular video on Monday at 19h, that does not change. Besides that I post a short every day about that video in the week that follows.
The problem, you get all the notifications from the Shorts, which might be annoying. I've been searching to make sure you don't see them and I might have found a solution. With that solution, the Shorts will have this function unchecked, "Publish to subscriptions feed and notify subscribers".
I don't really know what it will do and that I will test next week. If you still get all the notifications, let me know and I'll try to find another solution.
After researching to find a good solution, I found that this was a larger problem for more creators. I hope YouTube add in the notification option for what type of content you want to be notified.
